Welcome to Flavours of Manchester. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.

Booking and Payment

1. **Booking Confirmation**: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2. **Payment Methods**: We accept payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment gateways.
3. **Pricing**: All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy  

1. **Cancellation by Customer**: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour commences are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time.
2. **How to Cancel**: To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone, providing your booking details.
3. **Refund Processing**: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The funds will be returned via the original method of payment unless requested.

Changes to Booking

1. **Rescheduling**: Customers may reschedule their tour up to 24 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability. No rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours of the tour commencement.
2. **Tour Modifications**: We reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other operational needs. Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

Tour Participation

1. **Arrival Time**: Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour commences. Tours will start promptly at the scheduled time.
2. **Late Arrivals**: If you arrive late, the tour will proceed without you. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for late arrivals.
We will communicate our location if you do wish to join us midway through the tour.
3. **Health and Safety**: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met. If an meal option is not suitable we will compensate you at other locations with other suitable options available.

Liability

1. **Personal Belongings**: You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour. Flavours of Manchester will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
2. **Liability Waiver**: By participating in the tour, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with food tours, including but not limited to food-related illnesses and personal injury. Flavours of Manchester shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour.

Photography and Media

1. **Photography**: We may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating in the tour, you consent to the use of your image in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
2. **Personal Use**: You are welcome to take photos and videos during the tour for personal use only. Any commercial use of the footage or photos taken during the tour is prohibited without prior written consent from Flavours of Manchester.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
